Sarah is the neurological specialist within the practice.

Qualifications
Sarah graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1997 and has continued to study neurological physiotherapy at postgraduate level. She has completed several MSc modules and is also trained in the Bobath Concept [http://www.bbta.org.uk/bobath-concept]. Sarah is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists with an Interest in Neurology (ACPIN).

Experience
Sarah is heavily involved in the teaching of health professionals, both within Sheffield and nationally. She speaks on the treatment of spinal cord injuries at national conferences and has organised and hosted courses at the neurorehabilitation centre where she also practises.

She is an expert clinical educator and regularly has undergraduate and postgraduate students on placement from Sheffield Hallam University. Sarah has worked in the Stroke Unit at Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital, and the Princess Royal Spinal Injuries & Neurorehabilitation Centre where she is still a specialist.

Sarah has been recognised by the International Federation as a senior international classifier for wheelchair rugby, and is involved with Paralympics.
